This course will suit future and existing project managers to enhance their theoretical knowledge on phases that involved in pre-construction stage.
The curriculum recognizes and responds to the changing needs of society in the construction industry. This programme ensures that the graduate students
will equip skills to sustain and excel in the dynamic Singapore construction industry.

The students will learn on the PMP, management, Gantt chart, PERT, cost planning, project supervision and
control, safety management that are essentials to deliver the project within predetermined time, cost and quality.
The main objective of this diploma programme is to prepare students to manage the project effectively and use resources efficiently.
