This Course emphasizes students on current workplace practices and provides requisite knowledge and skills in hospitality industry practice.
It includes Front Office Operations Management, Introduction to the hospitality and tourism industry, Accommodation Operations Management,
Front Office Operations Management, Banquet Operations Management, and techniques for Strategic Marketing in the hospitality Industry.
This program motivates students to enhance their hospitality skills and teamwork.
Upon successful completion of the programme, the students will able to analysis the workplace practices and understand the hospitality business
environment and managerial roles and different department roles and the importance of customer relationship management
Course Objectives:
On completion of the course, learners should be able to:1. Gain a deep understanding of the structure, components, and dynamics of the hospitality industry.
